Code of Conduct (CoC) for EURO 2027 Athens
EURO has a long tradition of being a welcoming and inclusive community. To emphasise this, we codify here our expectations on the behaviour of participants in EURO conferences. We know that this standard of behaviour is already the norm among our community.
Participants of a EURO conference are expected to:
● conduct themselves in a professional manner,
● communicate with consideration for others,
● encourage collaboration and participation, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere,
● when presenting, use language that is inclusive – meaning language that acknowledges diversity, conveys respect to all people, and promotes equal opportunities,
● refrain from conduct that is (or may be perceived to be) harmful to other participants,
● comply with the directions of the organisers, and all applicable laws and regulations.
REGISTRATION
For each submitted paper, one unique registration must be submitted as well. e.g. For two submitted papers, two separate registrations must be submitted.
Registration is required for all participants and exhibitors. Registered participants and exhibitors will receive a badge giving them access to the conference venue as well as the Conference materials. Participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their badge visibly at all times.
Note: The registration form is connected to a different database than the abstract submission one, so different accounts are used. Please create a new account in order to register.
